Built and operated a production SaaS end to end

A photo-delivery SaaS has to connect photographer workflows with controlled customer galleries while keeping storage, processing, access, billing, delivery, and support coherent.

What I inherited

The situation behind the visible symptom.

The work began as a founder-owned product rather than a client rescue. That makes it useful proof of the downstream consequences of product decisions across customer flows, code, media infrastructure, billing, releases, and support.

My responsibility

I own the product decisions, application, data model, media processing, cloud storage, access controls, custom domains, subscriptions, releases, and production operation.

Specific work

Changes that moved the system toward control.

  1. 01

Built the gallery-management and customer-delivery paths.

  2. 02

Connected uploads, processing, storage, access, domains, and subscriptions.

  3. 03

Operate the release and production path as the accountable owner.

Technical ownership

The decisions were part of the implementation.

  1. 01

Kept photographer administration and customer delivery as one operating system.

  2. 02

Treated upload, processing, storage, access, and delivery as one media lifecycle.

  3. 03

Kept custom domains, subscriptions, and production operation inside the same ownership boundary.

Verified result

What the available evidence supports.

SendPhoto is a live public product with its complete product-to-production path under one accountable technical owner.

Your product can look different

The useful pattern is a responsible takeover.
