Privacy at Phothor
A direct account of what this site collects.
The fit-call request asks only for the public business context needed to judge fit.
Who this notice covers
This notice describes how Phothor, operated by Oleg Ghimp, handles personal information when you visit phothor.com, submit a Rescue Fit Call request, or contact Phothor about services. A separate client agreement may contain additional terms for information handled during an engagement.
Information collected
Information you choose to provide
The Rescue Fit Call request asks for your name, work email, company, optional public website, current situation, ownership timing, and monthly investment range. Direct email contains the information you include in your message.
The fit-call form does not request passwords, private keys, customer records, health information, payment-card data, or production credentials.
Website analytics
The production site uses Matomo, hosted at analytics.sendphoto.io, to understand page visits and interactions such as fit-call and case-study interest. Analytics may process technical information sent by your browser, including page URLs, referring pages, browser or device details, approximate network information, and event timestamps. Matomo may store analytics cookies scoped to phothor.com. Analytics is disabled in local development.
How information is used
Information is used to:
- reply to fit-call and contact requests;
- decide whether the Production Rescue retainer fits the situation;
- prepare and operate an agreed client engagement;
- protect the website and diagnose delivery failures;
- understand which public material is useful;
- meet accounting, contractual, and legal obligations.
Processing is based on taking steps at your request, performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating the business and website, consent where required, or a legal obligation, depending on the context.
Service providers and transfers
Fit-call requests are delivered through Formspree. Website analytics is processed through the Matomo instance named above. Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers may process the limited information needed to deliver their services. These providers can operate in countries outside your own.
Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or systems, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Fit-call and correspondence records are kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain an appropriate business record, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention is controlled in the Matomo instance. You may ask about a specific record at the address below.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Sensitive access for an actual engagement is arranged through a separate, deliberate onboarding process—not this form.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for some processing. You can block analytics cookies or requests to analytics.sendphoto.io using browser privacy or content controls.
To make a request, email contact@phothor.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
